Karen has had a passion for organizational change since college where she created her own major of Organizational Behavior at the University of Rochester. After leading an internal consulting group and then serving as a leader at a top tier consulting firm, she realized her dream to create a different kind of consulting business in 2009.
Karen created Envision Change to be a business where clients could envision a bold future and know they could achieve it with our help. It needed to be a company where people could bring their whole fantastic authentic, self to work.
Karen is a native New Yorker who has come to adore her adopted home of San Francisco. Karen’s top interest is travel; she’s been to every continent and has visited almost 50 countries. When not working or wandering overseas, she can be found enjoying the natural beauty of Northern California or trying a new skill like taiko drumming.
It is our mission to enhance people’s ability to more easily adapt to change so we can not only achieve business results, but also continuously grow individually and reach new heights together.
How are we doing this?
By assembling a highly talented team of experienced, dedicated consultants to guide clients in understanding change, what to expect and how to effectively get to that bright new future, on a personal and organizational level.
